How do I find out what AI is telling people about my business?
Ask it. Open ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google's AI overviews, ask what they know about your business by name and town, and read the whole answer. It is assembled from whatever is publicly findable, and most of those sources are ones you can add to.

Because the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity read your raw HTML and do not run JavaScript. Anything a script loads after the page arrives, including most embedded review and booking widgets, is invisible to them. It is fixable, and usually quickly.
