This page, the newsletter, the free tools and templates, and booking a call. Paid client work is not covered here. That is governed by the proposal, statement of work, or contract you sign with us, and if anything there conflicts with this page, the signed agreement wins.

The free tools and templates

The ROI calculator, the AI acceptable-use policy template, the Opportunity Finder quiz, and the first-project playbook are provided free and as-is. They are starting points built on our experience, not legal, financial, or compliance advice. Have a professional review anything you intend to adopt formally, particularly the policy template. You are welcome to use, adapt, and share what they produce inside your own organisation.

Booking a call

Booking is free and carries no obligation on either side. Please cancel or reschedule using the links in your confirmation email if your plans change. If you no-show twice without a word, we may stop offering new times.

The newsletter

Subscribing is opt-in and unsubscribing is one click, immediate, and permanent. We do not sell or rent the list. See Privacy for what we store and why.

Your content

Anything you type into a form or tell us on a call stays yours. We use it to answer you and to prepare for the conversation, nothing else. If we ever want to quote you publicly, in a case study or testimonial, we ask first and we take no for an answer.

Our content

The writing, designs, brand, and code on this site belong to Electric Kite Media. Quote us, link to us, and share the work freely with attribution. Do not republish whole pieces as your own or resell the templates as a product.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this site up and correct, but we do not guarantee either. AI moves quickly, so some of what you read here will age. We fix things when we spot them and when you tell us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this site or the free tools. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes get a note in the newsletter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
